Advertising in the Oak Hills Oracle is easy and cost effective. Your business message is delivered to every doorstep in the well-established, family oriented Oak Hills neighborhood, a community of 650+ homes in the Beaverton area, just north of the Sunset highway. It is published 12 months a year and is delivered on or before the 1st of each month. The deadline for all printed advertising is the 15th of each month.
The Oracle accepts classified ads, display ads or your own insert or flyer.
CLASSIFIED ADS: classified ads are text only and up to four lines of text (about 35 words). The cost is $10.50/month. You receive a discount when you purchase 3 months of classified advertising in advance; the cost for three months is $29.00, or $9.67/month. Classified ads can also be purchased for terms of six months ($58.00) or twelve months ($113.00 - your best deal) whichever works best for you. All Classified Ads must be paid in advance.
DISPLAY ADS: Display ads start at business card size and go up to a full page in size. You can use an existing business card, stationery, business logo, existing ad in other media, or I can work with you to design an ad that will reflect your business. Design fees could apply if extensive design work is necessary. Ad sizes and prices:
Business card size ad - 3.5"wide x 2"high - $35.00/month
1/6 page size - 3.5"wide x 3.5"high - $42.00/month
1/4 page size - 3.5"wide x 5"high - $50.00/month
1/2 page size - 7.5"wide x 5"high - $80.00/month
Full page - 7.5"wide x 10"high - $120.00/month
INSERTS OR FLYERS: You can also choose to create your own flyer or use an existing flyer to promote your business. All flyers are inserted in each copy of the Oracle and stapled to keep them from dropping out or getting lost. You must provide 680 copies of your finished, printed piece. The cost to you is $65 for inserting and stapling and delivering to every home. The $65 rate applies to a single, flat sheet. Contact the editor for prices to insert pieces that are folded, stapled, or more than one page.
